Centre notifies Justice Kaushik Goswami as a permanent judge of the Gauhati High Court

The Centre has notified Justice Kaushik Goswami as a permanent judge of the Gauhati High Court, following the Supreme Court Collegium's recommendation of 23 September 2026.
He was elevated as an Additional Judge on 2 November 2023.
The notification was issued under clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution.
He was designated a Senior Advocate on 19 May 2022 and enrolled as an advocate on 27 July 2000.
