Chief Minister opens Blocks 1 and 2 of Phase IV of the Armsdale Building at the Himachal Pradesh Secretariat

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu inaugurated Blocks 1 and 2 of Phase IV of the Armsdale Building at the Himachal Pradesh Secretariat in Shimla. Around Rs 9 crore has been spent on the construction project. The Chief Minister said offices will move to the new premises soon now that the Secretariat has been expanded, and that infrastructure expansion is necessary alongside development. He also said the government has set up a commission to study the reorganisation of various administrative units for better public convenience and efficiency, and that decisions will follow its report.
