DoNER Minister Scindia to open and lay foundation stones for 10 projects with Mizoram CM Lalduhoma

Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region Jyotiraditya M. Scindia will visit Mizoram on October 12 and 13, 2026, the DoNER Ministry said on 11 October.
It will be his second visit to the State as DoNER Minister.
On 12 October he is to travel from Aizawl to Tuivamit to inaugurate and lay the foundation stones of 10 projects along with Chief Minister Lalduhoma.
He will interact with students of Mizoram University and of the Ministry's Ashtalakshmi Darshan Program.
On 13 October he is to deliver the keynote address at the North East Bankers' Conclave 3.0 at Mizoram University, focused on financial inclusion and access to credit.
