Envoys of Finland, Vietnam, Mexico, Estonia, the EU and Belgium present credentials to President Murmu

President Droupadi Murmu accepted credentials from envoys of six nations and entities at Rashtrapati Bhavan on 25 September 2026.
They were Mikko Kivikoski (Finland), Trinh Minh Manh (Vietnam), Pedro Blanco Pérez (Mexico) and Kristi Karelsohn (Estonia).
Jean-Eric Paquet presented credentials as Ambassador of the European Union.
Sophie Karlshausen presented credentials as Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium.
Presenting credentials to the head of state formally begins an ambassador's mission in the host country.
