Kerala launches 'Rhythm' virtual platform for differently-abled artists

Fisheries and Social Justice Minister Adv. V. E. Abdul Gafoor inaugurated the 'Rhythm' virtual platform and released its logo at Kavadiar House.
It gives differently-abled artists in the state a chance to present their creative work to the world.
The Social Justice Department and the Kerala Social Security Mission run it jointly, as part of the government's 100-day action programme.
In addition to the state-level art troupe 'Anuyathra Rhythm', which functions under the 'Anuyathra' support scheme for differently-abled people, new art troupes will be formed in every district.
Performances will be streamed on YouTube and other social media, and all monetisation revenue will go to the artists.
Dr. Arun S. Nair, Executive Director of the Kerala Social Security Mission, presided.
