The Sejm has 460 Deputies and the Senate 100 members, each elected for a four-year term
Background
The Parliament of Poland has two chambers. The Sejm, the lower house, is composed of 460 Deputies, chosen in universal, equal, direct and proportional elections conducted by secret ballot. The Senate, the upper house, has 100 members. The term of the Sejm is four years; it begins on the day the Sejm holds its first sitting after an election and ends the day before the next Sejm assembles. Both chambers share legislative power, but the Sejm has the dominant role in lawmaking and only the Sejm exercises control over the Council of Ministers. The term of the Senate runs with that of the Sejm, so shortening the Sejm's term shortens the Senate's too. Sitting together, the two chambers form the National Assembly.
In plain words
National Assembly The Sejm and the Senate sitting in joint session — It meets only in the cases the Constitution provides for.
