On the final day the team inspected the Operations Control Centre at Baiyappanahalli.
Authorisation to open will be issued subject to BMRCL complying with the observations and conditions stipulated.
Once opened, the network will grow from 96.10 km to 103.60 km.

Why it matters for exams: The role of the CMRS and the steps before a metro line opens are useful for infrastructure and governance questions.
