Statistics Denmark puts Denmark's unemployment rate at 3.1 per cent for August 2026. The number of unemployed persons is 93,917 for the same month. The figures are seasonally adjusted and counted in full-time persons. Statistics Denmark also reports 3,095,324 persons in employment in the business sector for August 2026, seasonally adjusted. Registered unemployment is one of the headline indicators the office publishes on the Danish economy, alongside the consumer price index and gross domestic product.
