Families earning ₹1.80 lakh to ₹3 lakh pay ₹1,500 a year, those earning ₹3 lakh to ₹6 lakh pay ₹4,000, and those above ₹6 lakh pay ₹5,000.
Enrolled families get free, cashless treatment up to ₹5 lakh a year at hospitals empanelled across the state.

The registration and payment portal is open until 30 November 2026, and the policy period runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027.
Chirayu was first extended beyond Antyodaya households on 15 August 2023, to families earning above ₹1.80 lakh and up to ₹3 lakh on a contribution of ₹1,500 a year, with the Parivar Pehchan Patra as the only mandatory document.
