Mongolia's President is to meet German Chancellor Friedrich Merz at the Federal Chancellery for a working lunch

The German government announced that Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz would receive the State President of Mongolia, Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, at the Federal Chancellery in Berlin on Wednesday, 21 October 2026 at 13:00.
The announcement was made in press release No. 186, issued on 16 October 2026.
The talks were to be held over a working lunch.
The announced agenda covered bilateral relations, economic policy questions and international security policy.
The announcement was issued by Deputy Government Spokesperson Sebastian Hille for the Federal Press and Information Office.
The meeting forms part of the Mongolian President's state visit to Germany.
