Oman and Egypt's health ministers meet in Cairo on human resources and clinical training

Dr Hilal bin Ali Al Sabti, Oman's Minister of Health, met Dr Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Egypt's Minister of Health and Population, in Cairo. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 73rd session of the WHO Regional Committee for the Eastern Mediterranean. The two ministers discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation in public health and health issues of common interest. They stressed continued coordination and the exchange of expertise, particularly in developing health human resources. They also discussed cooperation in advanced medical education and clinical training.
