Kerala asks Kalakara Pension holders to file life and income certificates by month end

Kerala has told holders of the Kalakara Pension to submit fresh papers if they want the monthly pension to continue.
The pension is paid by the Department of Cultural Affairs to artists of the State.
Pensioners must file a life certificate for November along with an income certificate, a copy of their Aadhaar card and a copy of their bank passbook.
The papers must reach the Cultural Affairs Department office by 30 November.
That office works out of Ananthavilasam Palace at Fort in Thiruvananthapuram.
The notice was issued through the Information and Public Relations Department.
A life certificate is the standard yearly proof that a pensioner is alive, and non-submission stops the payment.

Scheme: Kalakara Pension Department: Department of Cultural Affairs Last date: 30 November 2026 Office: Ananthavilasam Palace, Fort, Thiruvananthapuram
Why it matters for exams: Names the Kalakara Pension of Kerala's Department of Cultural Affairs and the documents and 30 November deadline fixed for its continuance.
