MANAGE Hyderabad recognised as a Centre of Excellence-Skills in agriculture by MSDE

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has named MANAGE, the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management in Hyderabad, a Centre of Excellence-Skills (CoE-Skills) for agriculture.
The status runs for three years.
MSDE Secretary Debashree Mukherjee handed over the certificate at Kaushal Bhawan, New Delhi, on 2 November 2026.
MANAGE, set up in 1987, is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
It trains extension workers and runs diploma courses such as PGDAEM and the agri-business management programme.
The tag lets it widen its work into agricultural skilling and entrepreneurship.

Established: 1987 Validity: three years
Why it matters for exams: MANAGE, Hyderabad (est. 1987, under the Agriculture Ministry) is a standard question on national agricultural institutions.
